PAYMENT FAILED!!! WHY DO THIS HAPPEN???

Did you have some unpleasant experience that you wanted to buy an IPTV code but failed to pay? It's very "funny" that we cannot pay for it not because we do have not enough money but because of other reasons.

l Saying C0013: the card type entered is currently not supported

l   Saying R0000:High risk

How to solve those problems?

For the second situation, you should check if your email was on the blacklist. If so, you need to use another email. If not, you should ask your bank or inform the buyer's bank to approve the payment.­
