Recently I got messages from customers, resellers that their iView/ ATV/ XtrixTV buffer a lot, and would like to know why that happens.
Well, to be very first, you guys have my apologies for these kinds of issues, also, I am glad to tell you that the servers have recovered from the maintenance.
Besides, the versions of them are updated also, if you find your application does not work so well, you can remove the application and get the latest one on our site. Here is the page to get them.
