How to Activate IPTV on LG Smart TV?

LG Smart TV is one of the best OLED TVs on the market, which with a stunning experience. With special webOS, which is a Linux kernel-based multitasking operating system, so LG Smart TV can not able to download any other third-party apps(IPTV apk files).
