iviewHD & iviewHD Plus EPG Data Missing?

EPG is short for an Electronic program guide, you will know what is on this channel. Nowadays, many IPTV has the functions of EPG, but not all the channels have. Most of them will have some hot channels that have EPG only.

But sometimes, we will find out that EPG is missing.

For example, one of our hot-selling IPTV, called iviewHD IPTV. 

If this happens, how to solve the problem?

1. Find Settings-Misc.-Clear cache data

Once done, exit this iviewHD App. Meanwhile, check the memory of the Android TV box. If it is only a few memory of the box, you can clean the cache data or delete some Apps that you rarely use.

2. Make sure the time of the Android Box is the same as your local time

If the time of box does not synchronize with your local time, the EPG will miss. So just need to adjust your time of box.

3. Delete the current iview IPTV App, and download & install again.

Be sure you have downloaded the app from a reliable IPTV service provider in case you get lost.
