Why IPTV Keeps Freezing?

We are selling different IPTV subscriptions since 2014, with different Free trial codes. Sometimes, the IPTV can not be watched and keeps freezing.

In this case, how to solve the problem?

1. If all the channels are kept freezing, kindly check your internet speed

If you are using an Android TV box for your IPTV service, you can open google and find any internet speed tools to check your current speed. 

If the router is far away from the Android box, I will highly recommend you to use the cable instead of the WIFI.

If your internet speed is very good, but your channels still not working, you can turn off the router, and turn it on after 5-10 minutes. 

2. Limited space of your Android box for hardly loading the channels

For example, you are using iviewHD, but barely to watch any show. You can find settings-Misc.-Other Settings-Clear cache data. This is for cleaning the cache data of the iview HD IPTV App.

Meanwhile, clear the cache of your device or delete some apps that you do not seldomly use.

3. IPTV Server problem

If still not working, it might be the IPTV server problem. You need to contact your IPTV seller and send her/him a video about the problem.

The IPTV service provider will check with the engineer and try to fix it as soon as they can.

For iviewHD IPTV, it will take 3-4 hours for maintenance. For other IPTV, you should check with the seller.
